I relieve pain to help people do what they love

For nearly two decades, I’ve acquired and practiced a broad scope of techniques combining Western and Eastern approaches to wellness, enabling me to tailor bodywork to my clients’ individual needs. Partnering with my clients to improve their quality of life on all levels is one of the most important things that I do - from the very first appointment.

I’m passionate about helping people heal. I want to not just alleviate their stress and tension through therapeutic massage but help them to understand their bodies, assisting their abilities to operate optimally in a sport as well as daily living. I have found, in therapeutic massage, a way to support a person in becoming more aware of the connection between their physical, mental and emotional bodies. I combine my knowledge to best suit my clients’ needs, unique to their challenges as there is more than one path up the mountain.

I use an eclectic approach to bodywork where I integrate several massage and energy techniques to tailor a session. My many years in practice have given me insight into combining diversified modalities, effectively customizing my skills to improve my clients’ overall health and their quality of life.
